BLOOMINGTON – Beginning on Thursday, N. Hinshaw Ave., from Locust St. to Forrest St., will be closed for scheduled asphalt resurfacing operations.
There will be limited access through traffic, and residents are encouraged to use alternates routes.
There is no timetable on how long the project would take.
