BLOOMINGTON – The McLean County Health Department reports 113 new cases of COVID-19 and one additional COVID-related death since Friday.
Authorities report the latest death is a female in her 60s who was not associated with a long-term care facility.
Additionally, officials report 10 McLean County residents are hospitalized due to COVID-19, while 12 people outside the county are hospitalized in twin-city hospitals with COVID-19.
Officials also report more than 398,700 tests have resulted in a cumulative positivity rate of 4.8%. The rolling 7-day positivity is down to 3.7% from 4.8%.
McLean County Public Affairs Coordinator Marianne Manko reports 265 people are isolating at home, while 18,652 people have been released from isolation and are considered recovered.
Approximately 173,283 doses of the vaccine have been administered in the county on the vaccine front, and 49.55% of the county’s population is fully vaccinated.
The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) reports 51.65% of Illinois residents are fully vaccinated.
