BLOOMINGTON – A 31-year-old man suffered a minor head injury in a shooting Sunday afternoon on Bloomington’s east side.
Bloomington Police were called around 2 p.m. to the 1300 block of North Hershey Road for shots fired. Upon arrival, officers learned that someone had shot through an apartment door which injured the victim. BPD says it is undetermined what projectile (firearm or other) specially caused the victim’s head contusion, but he refused medical treatment.
Authorities say there were no other injuries reported. No arrests have been made and no suspect information is available.
