BLOOMINGTON – Two additional McLean County residents have died from coronavirus complications.
A man in his 60s and a woman in her 80s neither associated with a long term care facility, according to the McLean County Health Department. There have been 175 lives lost in the county.
MCHD on Wednesday reported 16 new cases of coronavirus. There are 23 McLean County residents in the hospital due to COVID and 155 are in home isolation.
McLean County hospitals are reporting 69% of ICU beds and 90% of total beds in use. The total number of patients hospitalized for COVID at McLean County hospitals is 12.
The county’s rolling positivity rate inched down to 2.2%. 20 additional people were released from isolation, now 14,360 have recovered.
