33 new cases of coronavirus in McLean County

BLOOMINGTON – The McLean County Health Department Friday reported 33 new cases of coronavirus.

There are 22 McLean County residents in the hospital due to COVID and 164 are isolating at home. McLean County hospitals are reporting 73% of ICU beds and 94% of total beds in use.

MCHD has reported 252 new cases over the last week.

The county’s rolling positivity rate inched down to 2.3%. 40 additional people were released from isolation, now 14,267 have recovered.

There have been 173 COVID-related deaths in the county.
