SPRINGFIELD – Warm, dry weather marked last week for Illinois farmers.
The USDA crop report shows corn is 73 percent mature and 13 percent harvested. It’s 73 percent good to excellent.
87 percent of the soybean crop has turned color, sixty percent is dropping leaves, eleven percent is harvested, and 72 percent is rated good to excellent.
