BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a vehicle that was involved in a hit run that happened on the city’s northeast side.
The accident happened Saturday around 11:30 a.m. when a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Towanda Barnes Road near Baywood Road, according to BPD. The pedestrian suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital. The suspect vehicle fled the scene but left behind a piece of the vehicle.
