Bloomington Police investigating late night shooting

BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington police are asking for the publics’ help in solving a late-night shooting incident.

BPD responded to 115 Valley View Circle for a call of shots fired. Once on the scene, officers found physical evidence that a shooting took place outside one apartment building around 11:30 p.m.

Police say additional officers responded to a local hospital where they located an adult male being treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the foot.

There has been no arrest, and BPD encourages anyone with information to contact Det. Paul Jones at 309-434-2584.
