BLOOMINGTON – State Farm is joining the effort to recognize and honor essential workers on the frontlines of the coronavirus pandemic.
The Bloomington-based insurance company Wednesday night lit its corporate headquarters blue to support healthcare heroes, first responders, and other essential workers.
“We’re excited to join this nationwide effort to honor healthcare workers and first responders who are on the frontlines of the pandemic,” said a State Farm spokesperson.
The corporate campus will be lit each day at dusk for the next 30 days. State Farm says blue light represents calm, faith, trust and helps elevate mood.
