BPD probing retail theft at Eastland Mall

BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a person of interest in a felony retail theft at Eastland Mall.

Over $2,200 in merchandise was stolen from the mall, located at 1615 E. Empire St., on December 20, according to BPD. Authorities said the person of interest is a black woman between 20 and 30 years old.

Anyone who can identify the woman is asked to contact Bloomington Police at 309-820-8888. If you would like to remain anonymous call McLean County Crime Stoppers at 309-828-1111.
