BLOOMINGTON – A Bloomington man is the second person arrested for a drug-induced death last November.

Bloomington Police announced Friday they arrested Jacob Schultz, 34, on two federal charges including distribution of heroin resulting in death.

Schultz is in federal custody. Barker is being held in the McLean County Jail on a $100,035 cash bond.

Police said they’re still investigating Darnell’s death.
