ISU Police Chief: ‘Charges pending against man who drove erratically through ISU Quad’ early Friday morning

NORMAL – Charges are pending against a man who drove erratically through the Illinois State University Quad early Friday morning.

ISU Police Chief Aaron Woodruff said Officers on the Quad noticed a vehicle driving erratically from the south end of the Quad down the sidewalks to Hovey and Multon.

Officers stopped the vehicle and transported the driver to Advocate BroMenn Medical Center for an evaluation.

Woodruff added that the driver was not under the influence of any substance, and there was no criminal damage to property. No one was injured.
