KENNEY – An early morning accident claimed two lives Monday.
DeWitt County Coroner Randy J. Rice issued a statement saying there were two cars involved in the accident on Illinois 54 West and Spirit Road near Kenney.
Illinois State Police and the DeWitt County Sherriff’s Office along with the coroner are investigating. Both drivers were pronounced at 1:25 a.m. – autopsies will be scheduled.
