One man hurt in Kappa home invasion

KAPPA – Woodford County Sheriff’s Police are investigating a home invasion that happened Tuesday morning in Kappa that left one man hurt and another person in police custody.

Police say two men broke into a mobile home around 8:25 a.m. and attacked another man who was inside. Police say the victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Police said they have arrested one of the suspects and were looking for a second person of interest.
