NORMAL – Weather permitting, starting Monday Irving Street will be closed to all traffic between Fell Avenue and the alley west of Fell Avenue.
Property access will be maintained from the south via the alley. The closure is required for the reconstruction of Irving Street and is expected to last approximately two months.
The southbound lane of Fell Avenue at Irving Street will be closed during portions of this time.
