Overnight shooting leaves two dead, two injured in Bloomington

BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington Police are investigating an overnight shooting that left two people dead and two others injured.

Around 1 a.m. Sunday morning, police were called to the 1200 block of Orchard Street in Bloomington following reports of multiple gunshots. On the Bloomington Police Department’s Facebook page, a post says two people, a man and a woman, were killed. Two other victims, a male and female, sustained non-life threatening injuries and were taken to area hospitals. All victims are reportedly adults.

Names of the victims are being withheld pending family notification.
