BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington Police have arrested a Bloomington man for allegedly delivering narcotics.
In a news release, BPD reports Emil E. Cruz, 28, was stopped Thursday near the intersection of Main Street and Hamilton Road in Bloomington by members of BPD’s Vice Unit and Street Crimes Unit. Police reportedly recovered 28.3 grams of methamphetamine, which has a street value of approximately $1,300, and evidence of drug distribution during the stop.
Cruz was arrested for Delivery of Methamphetamine 5-100 grams and was taken to the McLean County Jail.
