Three hurt as farm tractor, two other vehicles crash on Yuton Blacktop

NORMAL – A three-vehicle crash Sunday involving a farm tractor on the Yuton Blacktop just northwest of Normal left three people hurt.

A rescue worker said ambulances transported the injured to local hospitals, although their injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.

First responders were called during the noon-hour today (Sunday) to the Yuton Blacktop, between the Yuton Elevator and Danvers. A minivan and a car were also said to be involved in the crash.

Police blocked the Yuton Blacktop, between County Roads 800 E. and 900 E., while a McLean County Sheriff’s Department accident reconstructionist conducted an investigation.
