TOWANDA – The Towanda Fire Department has issued an elevated fire danger advisory, effective this afternoon and early evening.
The Department is advising residents not to burn today due to potentially hazardous conditions. With high winds and dry vegetation, fire can spread easily.
While burning is not advised at this time, if you are burning, please use caution.
