Police searching for suspect of Chatsworth home invasion

CHATSWORTH – The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office is searching for one of the suspects involved in a home invasion that occurred last night in Chatsworth.

In a press release, the Livingston Sheriff’s Office said around 7 last night, Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies responded to the call of a home invasion in progress. Police were told two masked suspects entered the house and were believed to have been armed with a knife. Upon arrival, police two victims in the house who sustained injuries. While the extent of their injuries is not known at this time, they were transported to an area hospital for treatment. Police also reported property had been stolen from the residence.

The ongoing investigation revealed one of the suspects to be Michael Measaw of Chatsworth, who was taken into custody. The other suspect remains at-large.
