BLOOMINGTON – Altitude Trampoline Park opened in December and is already reaching weekend capacity of 175 jumpers.
The park, at 1702 General Electric Rd Suite 4, would like to eventually expand and will consider that, but first they want to maximize use of the facility on other days of the week.
Altitude Trampoline Park has several different areas not only for kids to participate in, but adults can too. The park has foam pits, basketball hoops and a tumbler trampoline.
Park Manager David Alongi explained how they help keep people safe in several different ways.
“We also have court monitors looking over things so they are pretty much life guards, rule enforcers, so if your doing something wrong they will call you out,” Alongi said.
The park has signs along with video examples at each course to help remind people of what they can and can not do. Alongi said they record footage of the park so they can go back and review, when needed, to promote safety.
“We also have video cameras just in case someone gets hurt, we can look back and see what happened,” Alongi said.
Alongi said customers are provided with a special sock that helps keep kids safe from slipping away. Altitude Trampoline Park provides all these safety measures to help keep the park fun and a safe environment.
