DWIGHT – Authorities continue to investigate the death of a disabled man who died after a garage fire in Dwight.
The coroner said the victim suffered a heart attack after first responders rescued him from the burning garage Saturday night.
Grundy County Coroner John Callahan said Donald Heinrich, 53, was an amputee and confined to a motorized wheelchair.
Callahan said Heinrich had somehow been thrown from the wheelchair, and was unable to crawl out of the garage.
