Midnight rollover accident leaves one dead

BLOOMINGTON – A single vehicle rollover left a young man dead around midnight this morning.

Bloomington Police say the accident happened near 8285 North 1900 East Road. The driver of the vehicle, a 19 year old man, was later pronounced dead – his name is being withheld pending further notification of the family. Another male occupant is being treated at an area hospital.

An autopsy is scheduled to take place sometime today. The accident is being investigated by State Police, the McLean County Sheriff’s Department, and the County Coroner.
