BLOOMINGTON – It didn’t take long for Bloomington Police to arrest a suspect in a Thursday morning convenience store hold-up.
A man entered Circle K at 2412 S. Main St. about 5:45 a.m. and ordered the employee to open the safe or else he would shoot the worker in the face.
He made off with an undisclosed amount of cash. A few hours later, police released a video of the crime from surveillance cameras.
Soon, the department’s criminal investigation division and street crimes unit announced they arrested Tony Harold, 34, of Bloomington. Harold has been booked for aggravated robbery and aggravated battery.
