NORMAL – Police in Normal are seeking drunk driving charges against a 19-year-old man from Heyworth following a three-car crash Thursday night that sent three people to the hospital.
Police said the southbound driver, Shane Babb, failed to reduce speed at the intersection of Veterans Parkway and Von Maur Drive shortly before 7:30 p.m. and hit the car in front of him.
None of the injuries were serious.
