BLOOMINGTON – The intersection of College Avenue and Airport Road in Bloomington was reopened shortly before 11:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, following a one-vehicle crash on Monday afternoon.
Police say a drunk driver struck two utility poles in the crash, leading to downed power lines and widespread power outages.
The driver was reportedly taken to the hospital. Their condition isn’t available.
