BLOOMINGTON – The Bloomington Police Department has arrested a pair of Bloomington men after an investigation into drug sales.
Police said Tommy Jumper, 55, was arrested for multiple counts of manufacture/delivery of cocaine. Charles E. Kirk, 47, was arrested for unlawful use/possession of a weapon by a felon, drug possession, and manufacture/delivery of cocaine.
Police also seized a sawed off shotgun, 1,365 grams of cannabis (approximate street value of $6,000), 10.7 grams crack cocaine (approximately street value of $1,000), and U.S. currency as evidence.
Both men were taken to the McLean County Jail.
