Woman arrested after early morning shooting

BLOOMINGTON- Bloomington Police have made an arrest after an early morning shooting at the Hilltop Mobile Home Park.

Acoording to BPD, officers responded around 1:30 Monday morning to Avenue C in the park for a report of a person who had been shot. Police found a 44 year old male with what is being called non life-threatening injuries. The victim had a single gunshot wound and was transported to a local hospital.

After a short time, 59 year old Sandra L. Waters was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery with a Firearm, and Aggravated Battery – Great Bodily Harm.
