Fern Robinson
BLOOMINGTON – Fern L. Robinson, 79, Bloomington, Ill. died 12:10 a.m., Oct. 28, 2016 at Advocate BroMenn Regional Medical Center, Normal, Ill.
Her funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, at Calvert & Metzler Memorial Home, Bloomington with Rev. Patti Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at Park Hill Cemetery, Bloomington. Visitation will be 3-6 p.m. Sunday at the Memorial Home.
Memorials may be made to the Corn Belt Chapter of Alzheimer Association.
Calvert & Metzler Memorial Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born June 10, 1937 at Kenney, Illinois. A daughter of Jerry A. and Elizabeth L. Paddock Mayfield. She married Eddie M. Robinson on Sept 25, 1953 at Kenney, IL. He survives.
Also surviving a son Mark Robinson, Bloomington, a daughter Carolyn (Christopher) Stucky, Bloomington, three grandchildren; Jason and Jared Robinson and Claire Stucky, a sister-in-law; Doris Mayfield, Mahomet, IL.
She was preceded by her parents, 2 brothers; Jerry C. and Harold W. Mayfield and 2 sisters; Doris M. Miller and Mary E. Clark.
Fern was a member of Eastview Christian Church.
