BLOOMINGTON – Living spaces that are hidden in ‘plain sight’ will be on display in downtown Bloomington next week during the annual Tour De Metro.
Downtown Bloomington Association director Tricia Stiller said many people don’t realize there are apartments and condos in the upper floors of many downtown buildings.
“They really do rival bigger city living experiences,” Stiller said. “Some have open floor plans, some have defined spaces, but all of them have character.”
Some on the tour could one day be yours.
“We do have a couple of available properties,” Stiller said.
More than a dozen homes will be on the tour on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. It’s part of DBA’s First Friday event and is a fundraiser for the association.
Tickets cost $15 and can be purchased online at Eventbrite.com, at the Farmers Market on Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon or Friday at the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts.
