SPRINGFIELD – Labor Day weekend can be a deadly a few days on the road and Illinois State Police want you to know that if you’re breaking the law you will run the risk of being arrested.
State Police note that about 200 police departments from around the state will be part of “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” enforcement.
Thirteen people died last year on Illinois roadways during the Labor Day weekend.
