BLOOMINGTON- Bloomington Police continue to search for a man after last weekend’s large fight at Chuck E. Cheese’s in Bloomnington.
Police initially responded to a reported 40 or more people fighting outside the children’s restaurant off of Empire in Bloomington. When officers arrived, there was no fighting and most had left the area, however, one child was injured as a result of a game falling over and striking the child due to the fighting inside the restaurant. Three people were arrested in connection with the incident. Nevin D. Funches, age 23, of Bloomington was arrested for Aggravated Battery Child/Bodily Harm, Mob Action, and Reckless Conduct. Antoine C. Smith, age 24, of Normal was arrested for Mob Action and Reckless Conduct. And Demetrius D. Moore, age 24, of Normal was arrested for Mob Action.
Funches, Smith, and Moore were transported to the McLean County Jail.
Bloomington Police are still looking for 27 year old Normal resident Lawrence Johnson, who is wanted for Mob action in connection with the fight. Johnson is 5’4″, weighs 140 lbs and has black hair and brown eyes, a picture of Johnson can be found above.
