Utlity bill help for low income during hot weather

BLOOMINGTON – Summer is just underway and the heat is on.

Now there is help for those that are worried about high bills from running air conditioners.

Ameren Illinois has made a donation that will allow Mid Central Community Action to offer $50 Ameren bill credits for income-eligible families.

There is only enough money to help 44 people. Contact Mid Central Community Action if you think you may qualify.
