BLOOMINGTON – Low and moderate income homeowners in Bloomington may be eligible for help in funding some home repairs.
The City of Bloomington will be accepting applications for its Homeowner Rehabilitation Loan Program and Fiscal 2018 Partner Projects beginning July 1st.

Accepted projects will be funded for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2017.
Applications for both programs are available on the city’s website, www.cityblm.org, and at the Community Development department, Government Center, 115 E. Washington St., Bloomington. Applications will be accepted through August 31.
