CHAMPAIGN – Champaign County Coroner Duane Northrup said the LeRoy man who was involved in a rollover crash near Bellflower last week has died.
Jake Loftus, 24, died at Carle Hospital in Campaign six days after the May 25 crash. He was hospitalized in Champaign after the car police believe he was driving crashed near McLean County Roads 3600 East at 400 North in rural Bellflower.
A woman who police believe was a passenger in the car was hospitalized and later released.
