BLOOMINGTON – A McLean County Judge is warning accused murderer Kirk Zimmerman not to violate the conditions of his bond.
Zimmerman is charged in the shooting death of his ex-wife Pamela Zimmerman. Zimmerman’s body was found in her east side Bloomington office in late 2014. Kirk Zimmerman has pleaded not guilty.
The prosecution claims Zimmerman made trips to a fast food restaurant and a pharmacy which is not allowed. He is also accused of picking up his daughter in Bloomington.
Zimmerman is supposed to stay at home unless he is making trips for legal or medical reasons.
