McFarland appointed as associate judge

A Bloomington attorney has been chosen to serve as an associate judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.

Judges in the circuit voted to approve Amy McFarland for the vacancy. McFarland received her undergraduate degree from Illinois State University in 1996 and her juris doctor degree from the University of Denver in 1999.

She is currently affiliated with Bloomington Legal Services.
