Illinois Wesleyan’s men’s basketball team faces a must-win situation tonight when it plays host to North Park in a College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin game. Coverage begins at 7 o’clock on WJBC 1230 AM with Eric Stock and Joel Swanson.
The Titans trail North Park in the standings by one game for a berth in the league’s postseason tournament. IWU is 5-7 in the CCIW and 11-12 overall, while North Park is 6-6 in the conference and 14-9 overall.
North Park defeated the Titans, 82-70, earlier in the season in Chicago.
Meanwhile on your computer or smartphone at wjbc.com, the IWU women’s basketball team entertains North Park at 5 o’clock. The Titans are in first in the league with a 9-3 record and a 17-5 overall mark. North Park is 7-5 in the CCIW and 16-7 overall.
IWU owns a 72-71 overtime win over North Park earlier in the season in Chicago.
