While Caterpillar cuts 120 jobs in East Peoria, 160 jobs are being added at the plant in Pontiac.

It’s part of a total restructuring plan that cuts 670 jobs company wide. A total of five plants are closing.

Caterpillar is getting a huge property tax break from the city of Pontiac.
