BLOOMINGTON – A McLean County Jury has returned a verdict of guilty in the case of Jeremy Foster.
Foster was found guilty on counts of aggravated battery, domestic battery and resisting a peace officer. The charges stem from an incident in which Foster assaulted a taxi driver who was providing him with a ride. Foster then struck his girlfriend during an argument and did not comply with officers as they attempted to detain him.
Foster has prior convictions in McLean County of battery, possession of a controlled substance and several others. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 24th.
