CARLOCK – Strong winds made it challenging for firefighters from four departments as they battled a blaze that destroyed a farmhouse in rural Carlock on Wednesday afternoon.
Crews from Danvers, Carlock, Goodfield and Hudson battled the fire for hours. A resident of the home was treated for a minor injury.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. A damage estimate isn’t known.
