EUREKA – An elementary teacher from Bloomington has posted bond as he awaits charges that he filmed school staff members in a bathroom.
According to news partner WMBD, Michael Brown, 39, was placed on administrative leave by the Fieldcrest School District following his arrest on Tuesday. Brown teaches kindergarten through fourth grade music at three Fieldcrest grade schools in Minonk, Wenona and Toluca.
The district issued a statement to parents stating there is no indication that the allegations involve the videotaping of any students. Brown is being charged in Woodford County.
