Bloomington – Accused murderer Kirk Zimmerman is out on bond.
He is accused of killing his wife Pamela at her place of work in November of 2014. Bond was reduced at a recent hearing in McLean County Court from $5 million to $2 million.
The 57 year old Bloomington man used his retirement account to come up with part of the $200 thousand that was required for release.
Zimmerman has been in jail since July. He will be electronically monitored and will only be able to attend legal and medical appointments.
