BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington Police have arrested three people on drugs and weapons charges.
Police spokesperson Sara Mayer said Diondre Thornton-Kirkwood, 20, of Bloomington faces multiple charges of possessing stolen firearms and criminal fortification of a residence. Two other juveniles were also arrested, one on a McLean County warrant and the other on delivery of cannabis charges.
Mayer said police found two stolen handguns with ammunition, cannabis and drug paraphernalia when they executed a search warrant at an apartment in the 400 block of N. Mason St. Thursday.
