Drazewski, Foley hearing continues with expected testimony of ex-husband

BLOOMINGTON – The second day of hearings on an affair between two McLean County Judges is expected to include testimony from the female judge’s ex-husband.

Joe Foley, an attorney who was married to judge Rebecca Foley, is expected to testify before the Illinois Courts Commission in Chicago Tuesday.

Judge Foley is also expected to testify. She’s accused of hiding an affair with fellow judge Scott Drazewski that started in December 2010.

Drazewski is accused of judicial misconduct for failing to recuse himself from numerous cases involving Foley’s husband while the affair was going on.

Both Foley and Drazewski have divorced from their spouses since the affair.
