BLOOMINGTON – Actor and author Jesse Eisenberg is coming to Illinois Wesleyan University Monday night.
He’ll be promoting his latest book, “Bream Gives Me Hiccups,” at the Hansen Student Center at 7 p.m.
Irv Epstein is the director of Illinois Wesleyan’s Center for Human Rights and Social Justice, the sponsor of Monday’s event.
“In terms of the Human Rights Center, we want to advertise the fact that issues of human rights, issues of identity and issues of personhood are things we all struggle with in many different forms,” Epstein said.
Eisenberg’s book has been named a “Weekend Pick for Book Lovers” by USA Today and “Best New Book” by People Magazine.
The event is free and open to the public. It will also be live-streamed on the university’s YouTube channel.
