BLOOMINGTON- Austin James Modine, infant son of Wes and Kary Modine, passed away in his parents’ arms at 7:32 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2015, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

A private family service was held at Eastview Christian Church in Normal. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.

Surviving are Austin’s parents, Wes and Kary Modine of Bloomington, two brothers, Nickolas Modine, Zane Modine and sister Zoey Modine; Paternal grandparents, William and Kristin Stanley of Normal, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was greeted in heaven by his maternal grandparents, Gary “Fuzzy” Reineke and Deborah Halliday.
