BLOOMINGTON – Beginning on Sept. 28, the drop off facility located at 402 S. East St. will be open from 7 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Monday through Friday and closed on Saturdays.
The drop off facility will no longer be open on Saturdays until the springtime.
