Cardinals look to increase lead in NL Central Sunday on WJBC

BLOOMINGTON – The St. Louis Cardinals conclude their three-game series tonight at Busch Stadium when they meet the Pittsburgh Pirates. Coverage begins at 6:10 with the pregame show on WJBC 1230 AM. The first pitch is at 7:05.

John Lackey, who has an 11-8 record with a 2.87 earned run average. He has been the workhorse of the staff and has gone six or more innings in 15 consecutive starts. He has given up more than three runs in just one start this year.He will be opposed by Gerrit Cole, who is 15-8 with a 3.64 earned run average.
