BLOOMINGTON – A man from Normal has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery which took place at 6 Strawflower Ln. in Bloomington on July 11.
Leonard Benson Jr., 25, was arrested Tuesday in the 800 block of East Monroe Street by members of the U.S. Marshalls Task Force and Bloomington Police Department.
Benson was arrested on three McLean County warrants, including armed robbery, theft, and obstruction of justice, along with a parole violation warrant. He is currently being held at the McLean County Jail.
